M.N.: I think, that this incident may contain the message, as tentatively interpreted in the above tweet. It also may refer to one of my previous post depicting "CassandraCarolina" as in the excerpt below. 

The meaning of the message, as I understand it at this time, is: 

We (the Russian Intelligence Agencies, as directed by Putin) will not help you and will not give you any information on the Capitol Riot plot, (as it was requested in one of my previous tweets). Do it yourselves with your own CASS - (The Coding Accuracy Support System, for the verification of the USPS  addresses). "Sam Cass Idi": "You yourselves go for it with your own CASS". Facetiously: "Solve your own problems". 

Or: "Go by yourself, Cassandra: you know it all ... " 

In addition: "Santa Clara": the "saintly naiveite"; 

San Jose: "To St. Joseph, the interpreter of dreams ... ": "they will never believe your prophecies, you are the Cassandra".

M.N.: I do not make any speculations on the attribution of this hypothetical message, which might not be necessarily of the Russian origin. Others, e.g. Israelis, Germans, Iranians, etc. have to be considered also. They all use each other as covers, it is like an orgy: "must be good looking, 'cause so hard to see". 

The additional interpretation of "cass": it might also refer to the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technique.
