Was he too good for the FBI? Was he too loose with them? The problems did not go away. Wray brought more common sense and discipline but the long standing structural issues remain. FBI has to be very thoroughly investigated from the top to the bottom. Yes, INVESTIGATE THE INVESTIGATORS, and do it continuously. Too much is at stake.
