Potomac - Black Hawk - American Eagle crash - My Opinion: "Everything has to be on the table. All in all, it looks like the GRU operation, and they are very inventive. EW attack - outside disabling of navigational controls of helicopter, has to be considered. This is not the "conspiracy theory" but the "common sense", as your boss said. Investigate everything, from A to Z, including the human factors."
