Open Letter to DOJ and FBI

Dear Sirs:
Soon after coming to the U.S., Dmitry Novakhov, a relative of mine, told me that his parents had a specific assignment from the Azerbaijan KGB: to control, influence, and to neutralize me. (Этого гавнюка даже не было необходимости "раскалывать", он сам во всём сразу признался, радостно и охотно.) I dismissed it as an empty chatter and the strange fantasies at that time. It took me almost forty years to realize that it was the absolute truth. I ask the FBI and the other relevant structures to interrogate this individual further and to learn more relevant details.
He also told me, that "they have someone here in the FBI, on the high level - у них здесь есть свой человек, большая шишка". I also dismissed this, and almost forgot about it; and it also was the truth. And it also took me almost forty years to figure out, who this person is, with some help, I think, intended or not, from Mr. Comey, whom I sincerely respect and like, although we met in the most strange, almost bizarre circumstances.
I have enough reasons to believe that this person is the FBI's Special Agent "Douglas Leff", who was the chief in Puerto Rico. Apparently, Mr. Leff is the part of their extended family, and he looks almost identical with Dmitry's grandfather, Syoma - Suin Novakhov. I think, I was on that person's (Leff's) radar, and in his COINTELPRO clutches for quite some time, from the early 1980-s. I think, that the FBI is much more informed about all the details and circumstances.
Dear Mr. Garland and Dear Mr. Wray:
I do ask you, intently and insistently, to investigate this affair further, and in all the possible details. Besides the personal aspects, it also may shed some light on how the KGB operates.
