Is the Security Council of RF aware of what is going on? Are they aware of their own responsibility?
Were the Russian Security Agencies officially (secretly or not) authorized to conduct the Special Operations abroad, including the mass killings, and including in schools? Was Rosgvardia authorized to conduct these and similar operations?
Is Zolotov the head of the Putin's PERSONAL Intelligence and Security Service?
Was such a service officially authorized by the Security Council of the Russian Federation? Are they aware that these types of operations are conducted in close cooperation with the criminal underworld?
Do they want to be tainted by this association with the criminals?
Are they aware that Russia becomes more and more the MAFIA STATE?
Are they going to address these issues and to answer these questions?
