Patel said (Video after 26:00) that Clinesmith was not a "lone wolf", and that there were too many factors in the play to be used together "solely" to create the impression or the appearance of the Trump - Russia collusion. 

However, if this appearance (demonstratively constructed) is used for the COVER, to mask a larger intelligence operation by the different authors, the possibility of its intentional creation becomes very real. 

My Opinion: The appearance of the Trump - Russia collusion was largely created by Mossad who was the main actor in influencing Election 2016. 

I think, it was also the Mossad who influenced the Election 2024. 

The possibility of the larger conspiracy in the FBI and the DOJ to which Patel hinted in his "not a lone wolf" theory is also very real. 

My Opinion: the FBI is deeply penetrated by the Mossad. Roy Cohn opened the gates.
