Trump's Ear: Was Trump shot with a paintball gun?

What is the small white spot on the upper-right corner of the ear? 

Any open wound would be bleeding. 

Is this the remnant of the outer layer of the small paintball, a container filled with the red paint, imitating blood by color and consistency but with some differences? Was it shot from the paintball gun?
