He is the head of military intelligence of Ukraine Kirill Budanov
MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. The organizer of the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge is the head of military intelligence of Ukraine Kirill Budanov, explosives were delivered from Odessa through Bulgaria, Georgia and Armenia. This was reported to TASS at the Center for Public Relations (CSP) of the FSB.
"The Federal Security Service, together with the Investigative Committee, established that the organizer of the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge was the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, its head Kirill Budanov, employees and agents," the CSO said.
Sending an explosive device from Odessa
As noted in the FSB with reference to the data of the investigation, the explosive device was camouflaged in rolls with a construction polyethylene film on 22 pallets with a total weight of 22,770 kg and sent in early August from the seaport of Odessa to the Bulgarian Ruse under contract No. 02/08/2022 between Baltex Capital SA (Ruse) and OOO "Translogistic UA" (Kyiv).
The FSB detained eight accomplices in the preparation of the attack. "Currently, five citizens of Russia, three citizens of Ukraine and Armenia, who participated in the preparation of the crime, have been detained as part of a criminal case," the CSO said.
In total, at least 12 accomplices in the preparation of the terrorist attack have now been identified. According to the CSO, citizens of Ukraine Denis Olegovich Kovac, born in 1979, Mikhail Vladimirovich Tsyurkalo, born in 1975, Roman Ivanovich Solomko, born in 1971, citizens of Georgia broker were involved in organizing the transportation of cargo from Bulgaria to the Georgian port of Poti, and then to Armenia named Levan, Inosaridze Sandro and Armenian citizen Artur Terchanyan, born in 1985.
From September 29 to October 3, at the Transalliance terminal in Yerevan, the cargo was cleared through customs according to the rules of the EurAsEC, the documents were replaced, after which the sender was already LLC "GU AR GROUP" (Republic of Armenia, Alaverdi), and the recipient was LLC "Leader" ( Moscow).
Subsequently, on October 4, the cargo crossed the Russian-Georgian border at the Upper Lars checkpoint on a DAF truck registered in Georgia, and on October 6 it was delivered and unloaded at the wholesale depot of Armavir in the Krasnodar Territory.
With the assistance of Solomko, citizen of Ukraine Volodymyr Vasilyevich Zlob, born in 1987, and five more identified Russians, on October 7, the documents for the cargo were changed again, the sender was indicated LLC "TEK-34" (Ulyanovsk), and the recipient was a non-existent company in the Crimea.
On the same day, the pallets were loaded into a truck by Russian citizen Makhir Yusubov, born in 1971, who left for Simferopol, and on October 8, at 06:03 Moscow time, an explosion was carried out while traveling along the Crimean bridge.
Control of military intelligence of Ukraine
As noted in the FSB, “control over the movement of cargo along the entire route and contacts with participants in the criminal transportation scheme was carried out by an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, introducing himself as “Ivan Ivanovich.” He used for coordination both a virtual anonymous number acquired on the Internet and a resident city of Kremenchug Andreychenko Sergei Vladimirovich, born in 1988.
"Currently, five citizens of Russia, three citizens of Ukraine and Armenia, who participated in the preparation of the crime, have been detained as part of a criminal case," the CSO said. "The investigation of the terrorist attack continues. All its organizers and accomplices, including foreign citizens, will be held accountable in accordance with Russian law."
The hypothesis of the Laser Weapon fired from the (British? US? Israeli? NATO?) ship in the non-Russian waters, in the South to North direction, is the most satisfactory at this point.
The missile attack, truck bomb, or the underwater drone are not able to provide the good explanations by themselves, the pattern of the post-explosion damage is not consistent with them, although the ongoing investigations may (or may not) supply more details.
The Laser Beam hit the fuel cisterns first, igniting the gases escaping through the gaps under their covers.
The hypothesis: The cisterns did not explode because they were half empty: the other half of fuel was probably stolen, a common occurrence in Russia and its Military forces. (!!!)
The picture of the impact suggests that it came from the top down, probably melting the metal supports holding the roadway by the intense brief wave of heat, and forcing the roadway strip to slide down in a distinct peculiar fashion, forming the sinking letter "M" (possibly the symbol and the reminder of the sunken battleship "Moskva" and the coming fate of the Putin's "Moscow Khanate").
This event may indeed signify the beginning of the new stage in the history of Warfare (and the World policing): the broad use of the high precision, relatively inexpensive and very efficient LASER WEAPONS.
